We are based here. Graford and the PK Lake area is home ground, and most of our work is within thirty minutes of the dam.
Lake property has its own problems: steep lots, thin soil over rock, driveways that wash straight down the hill, and old cabins that need to come down before anything new goes up. We work on that ground every week.
Because we are local, a site visit is not a two-hour drive and a mobilization charge. Call and we will usually be able to look at it within a few days.
